Petition #1 ALL Californians had the right to pass on their property tax base to their heirs. That was taken away with Prop 19 2020. Doesn’t matter if your house is in a trust. Property tax may be REASSESSED to MARKET VALUE - so your kids may NOT be able to afford it. (For those in the LA fires, you’ve lost your homes once, do you want to lose it AGAIN when you inherit it?)

2- PRINT LEGIBLY your NAME, ADDRESS, CITY, ZIP and sign your SIGNATURE.

3- FILL IN THE ENTIRE DECLARATION OF SIGNATURE

YOU are swearing the information in the signer's box above is correct.
DATES- what is the first date you got signature #1? (What is the date you got the last signature of the petition?) It’s OK if there is only 1 person signing.
YOU WRITE your FULL ADDRESS TWICE (overlap on the bottom if not enough room) THEN SIGN your SIGNATURE.
YES, in some cases you will write your address THREE TIMES.
If you do anything wrong or leave empty. It is INVALID.
Please make sure the petition is correct. 80% of people will fill out wrong - your petition may NOT count.
Petition #2 is Plan B. Reclaim Voters’ Rights = RVR. Government took away our right to fight bad law EVERY year. Now only allowed every TWO years. If we get this on the ballot and it wins, next year we can try again to Fix Prop 19 (needs 100,000s more signatures than RVR).

If you mail all 3 to Prop 19 headquarters by the end of January as a courtesy we will forward Prop 13 petition to Prop 13 headquarters. 13 campaign ends early February.

If your printer has a Poster option, you can try to play with the Tile Scale % (try 90%) and size it to about 22" wide x 20" high. Print it out on 6 sheets of paper. Repurpose an old yard sign and glue the 6 sheets to it - you'll have a large sign for tabling.
Print on standard 8.5" x 11" paper, cut, glue or tape pieces onto a 17" x 22" or slightly larger board. Or print the full poster at a shop.
Program your writing, so when you put in, for example, fff, it will automatically turn that into ForCalifornians.com. You can use whatever you like. Even works if the F’s are capitalized.
