Due to Prop 19, families are being forced to sell their home, farm, or business upon the death of a parent. Tenants are being evicted when their landlords must sell. Good news! There will soon be two senate committees reviews to determine if SCA-4
will get on the ballot to repeal part of Prop 19, and give voters a fair chance to vote this time. ACT NOW (before 4/6/23) and call the committee members. Ask them to please co-sponsor and vote yes on SCA-4.
In each committee, senators are listed are in order of calling priority. Please call the *bold italicized Senators first. *Senator Glazer is on both committees, so please call him first, then the other Chair and Vice Chairs, followed by the other *Members. Even if you aren’t in the senator's district, let the aide know that you'd still like to be heard, and they will relay your comments to the senator.
